What’s in the box?
Every piece ships flat-packed in protective cartons with foam and corner guards, with all the hardware, tools and step-by-step instructions you need. Most pieces ship in one box; our larger dressers ship in two, which may arrive on different days.
How hard is assembly?
Most pieces are rated at about 15–30 minutes by the manufacturer — allow a little longer for your first build. A second person makes the bed frames and larger dressers easier to handle. Follow the guide in order and fully tighten the bolts once the frame is square.
Do I need a box spring?

Will it smell or squeak?
Solid wood can have a light natural scent for a few days after unboxing — airing out the room helps. The reinforced slats are designed to stay quiet; like any bolted frame, re-tighten the bolts after the first few weeks and about once a year to keep it that way.
