Grainkin Living started with a simple idea: a real-wood bed shouldn’t cost a month’s rent, and it shouldn’t take a delivery crew to bring it home.
Why we exist
Shopping for a bedroom, we kept running into the same two choices — flimsy frames that wobble within a year, or beautiful solid-wood pieces with price tags far out of reach. Grainkin is our attempt at the middle: honest, solid hardwood furniture, designed to be built by you and lived with for years.
What we believe
- Real materials. Solid hardwoods like acacia and rubberwood, kiln-dried and finished to show their natural grain.
- Built by you. Every piece ships flat-packed with the hardware and instructions you need. Putting it together yourself is part of the story — and a lot more satisfying than you’d think.
- Pieces that go together. Our Bedroom Suites pair beds, nightstands and dressers in matching wood and tone, so your room feels designed, not assembled from random parts.
- Straight answers. We’re a small, new brand. We won’t fake reviews or invent claims. If you have a question, ask us — a real person will answer.
How it works
Our furniture is made by an established manufacturing partner in Vietnam and stocked in U.S. warehouses, so every order ships free across the 48 contiguous states and D.C., usually within 5–9 business days. If it isn’t right, you have 30 days to request a return.
