Shipping Area
We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is currently FREE on every order to eligible U.S. addresses. If this promotion changes, any shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & Delivery Times
- Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order after payment confirmation.
- Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the order date.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Carriers & Tracking
Orders ship from U.S. warehouses via UPS or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Larger furniture items may ship in more than one box and arrive on different days.

Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or building management, then contact us at support@grainkinliving.net. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
